“Two of the lights in my room didn’t work, so I got behind the nightstand to check if it was plugged in - only to find that everything behind the night stand was coated in dust & crumbs. (Also - it was plugged in, just not working) There was rust visible on the doorframe of the bathroom (it appeared to have been painted over several times) and water damage on the ceiling tiles. The room was musty upon entry.”

“The space is absolutely wonderful for a family to stay and spread out in! The rooms were super cozy and comfortable; kitchen well stocked. There are quite a few unfinished touches about the renovation but overall the house was lovely. Communication with the owner/manager needs improvement. We were told 3 different check out times and the next guest arrived as we were packing up to leave. I think the management company can step up their game, but overall the house is lovely and we’d be really...
